Cheddar and Green Chili Cornbread

Who doesn't love cornbread? If you're like me, I could eat cornbread anytime, anywhere and just about with anything. But sometimes you just need to spice things up and try it a different way.
Try adding a cup of cheddar cheese and a can of diced green chilis! I promise you won't be able to have just one piece. I love eating this with a few eggs for breakfast, with a big bowl of meat and bean chili, or simply by itself. Its just that good!
Tip: And here's my tip when making cornbread. Cook it in a cast iron skillet. If you don't have one, go get one. It is a kitchen staple everyone should have! And you'll find ways you can use it for just about any dish.
