Someone was craving these! Easy just takes a bit of time.

Shopping List:

8 eggs

1/4 cup mayo

1 tbsp dejon mustard

siracha

paprika

sweet pickle relish

chives

1. Boil the eggs. I manage to mess up making hard boiled eggs almost 90% of the time. Seems they never want to peel easily. Look closely at these eggs. There definitely are some special ones in this mix.

2. Cut the eggs and pop out the yolk. Break them up with a fork before mixing in the other ingredients. I like a bit of spice. If you do too add some squirts of siracha. Sweetin' it up with tsp of sugar and some sweet pickle relish. Jazz it up even more with a bit of whole grain mustard. The seeds give it a bit of texture. Add some S&P.

3. Either pipe in the mix to make them pretty or simply use a spoon. Rather than calling it messy, just call it rustic!
